Think about it.If you don’t treat others with respect,do you honestly think you’re going to get it from me?
It doesn’t matter whether i know a person or not,if he/she disrespects someone,and if I witness it,I automatically have no respect for them.Some people say things that are just unnecessary.What is the point? Are you purposely trying to make that poor fellow feel bad? If not,
well that’s how I’d see it.
And hey,I may be nice sometimes,but i’m not afraid to show who i can be.

Well,I think it’s time to say good bye to this blog.We’ve gone through thick and thin but now…I am happy to say that i have moved on.

Usually i tend to listen to old music,but i gotta say, David Archuleta is one hell of a singer and also pretty cute…. : ) tehe
Judging by what i saw of him on American Idol he’s pretty decent,and this songs not bad either.
There is also a new Killers song which i am now in love with.It’s called human.
Nostalgia
Man oh man,I remember going to that old Whalley library when i was a kid and finding it so fascinating.All the different types of books,the colorful images on the wall, and the nice jolly librarian.I can still vision how she looked like.It’s funny because i tend to remember so many things from the past,but can’t quite remember to do my Math homework.I remember all the books i tried to make sense out of by looking at the pictures when i didn’t know how to read.And my favorite neighbor who i used to go caterpilllar hunting with.*Sigh* Those were the days…..

White Spot
On Saturday,the seven of us , (Me,Ashley,Nazmin,Meral,Amina,Gurveen,and Jessica) went to white spot for a one day out romantic dinner getaway.OoO Lalaaa
No,it was just an ordinary dinner.
Ashley and I were going to meet the others at White Spot,and since there was a long line up we thought we’d go to London Drugs to grab some film that i had wanted for ages.As we were ransacking the store with our eyes,we bumped into Jenna (out of all people).As usual,we greeted eachother and then left to do what we needed to do.And Right when we turned around we spotted Jessica purchasing something at the cashier .And then Meral and Gurveen had popped out of the iles.LOL So there we were.All together and ready to go.
As we made our way back to white Spot,waiting for our names to be called out,I was observing how crowded the restaurant was when BAM.Who knew Dan would be at White Spot at the same time as us? Luckily,we managaed to stay invisible to his eyes and had finally recieved a nice place to sit by our waiter. At first everyone was calm but in a of matter minutes we were howling with laughter and killing the jokes until they couldn’t be killed anymore.XD Gurveen and I really wanted to try Calamari as we were aiming for something new.I’ve heard it was really good,(so did Gurveen )but sadly it wasn’t on the Menu.So instead we ended up ordering some Alfredo pasta and let me tell you something,it had NO salt in it whatsoever.We were literally shoving the salt in our food and by the time we were all done,it was a quarter empty. : D
Nazmin had taken us by surprise when she said she wanted to order a drink! Fortunatley Meral the angel,as we know it was opposed to that idea and quickly changed our minds.Besides,the waiter probably would’ve realized that we were under age anyway. Instead we got a free plate of brownies because it was Ashleys Birthday. XD TEHE
I gotta say though,despite the fact that we never got to try a good looking martini,those brownies were freaking good.
As everyone was finished and ready to leave,we tipped the waiter and left White Spot feeling a sense of satisfaction.It was dark outside,and a misty kind of rain came over us.As i was looking up at the cloudy sky,while everyone else was chatting away,I heard someone say ” THE MOON IS MOVING! THE MOON IS MOVING!!” LOL Which really made my day.I think it was Meral who said it,but boy did that make Guveen,Jessica and I laugh.See, we have this inside joke which i’m not even gonna bother explaining.So … around this point of the post your probably gonna think “This chicks weiiiird” .
And my reply to that is, “I know I am.” : )
I think that’s all i wanted to say.Oh wait.I also want to say that this weekend is GREAT and i hope you guys are enjoying yourselves too! XD

Paschendale On a Rainy Day
Well well well.It seems as though everytime you have plans or you want to go somewhere,the rain gets in your way.Today 300 students(including myself) went to watch Paschendale in the Cineplex theater.I wouldn’t say it was THE awesomest war movie on the planet,but i must say it made canadian history look much more interesting and gory than it seemed.Allen,Caitlin,Joseph,Amina and I were the first ones that entered the theatre and boy were we lucky.The VIP seats at the top,were calling our names as we ran howling with excitement to get the best ones.
Anyway,there was this one scene where all the soldiers were hardcore fighting.I mean,yeah everyone should expect that if they’re watching a movie based on war.But man did it looked beyond stupid to my eyes. O.O It just didn’t make sense.And the so called “honorable” thing to do back in the day to get respect and be a MAN,was to join the army.Which,personally,I think is ridiculous.Firstly,if you go into war,there might not be a very good chance that you’ll be back.Secondly,if you do make it back,well your still a dead person.Emotionally or physically scarred for the rest of your life.Thirdly,most of the men don’t get recognition for anything they’ve sacrificed,even when their bodies are buried in the cold dirt or lying on some puddle of mud,fighting for their “country” because their MEN.AND MEN NEED TO SHOW THEMSELVES AS STRONG,and powerful,sometimes even nasty or disrespectful in order to get their share of respect.If you ask me,my definition of real man,would be a man with a decent mind,someone who can tell their buddies to shut up when they’re being disrespectful towards others,instead of joining them.A man who can stand up for what he believes in; And someone who doesn’t care whether people find them wussies for refusing to do something wrong.But sadly,the truth is,there aren’t many out there like that.Maybe in dreams,but not much in reality.At least i don’t believe there is.
I also want to say that every soldier,who was “fighting for respect ” is stupid.If you ask me,I think war is stupid,and the people who make it all happen,are double the stupid war itself is. : )
Anyway,after the movie had ended Amina and I decided to go to Chevron to grab something to eat,and when we were heading out it was raining really,really,really, hard.Unfortunately we also had to walk to school so by the time we arrived,we were soaking wet.The inside of my shoes, felt as though i was stepping into a puddle of water everytime i took a step.Sort of funny when i come to think of it.lol We looked ridiculous trying to keep warm under our umbrellas,but luckily we only ended up being ten minutes late. : )
Overall,it was a pretty good day,but I’d have to say,the best part was missing out on math class. XD

Today after school Nazmin forgot to put her lens cap back on her camera so we made our way back to south hall.As i was a little behind Nazmin,(Because she speed walks hard corely ) I was driven into this crowd of people.So i was trying to get through,and i screamed in a really out of tone way.Luckily people filled the hallways and no one heard my out of tone scream except well,the person who i was budging through.And what made me laugh for the longest time,was the fact that after i had gotten through that bustling crowd of people this girl imitated my out of tone scream.ROFL It was the funniest shit on Earth, i tell you.She’s in my photography class,and man,that was the most unexpected thing coming out from her.Just imagine someone you thought was really sophisticated doing that. Its like Boprai doing cart wheels.anywho,I just had this powerful urge to blog about that moment,and now it’s ending up so lame.Ah well ,most of my posts are pretty lame anyway.

Yesterday,Jus,Nazmin and I figured that the movie we were gonna watch was only out in a theater in Richmond,so instead we thought we’d go trick or treating and rent a couple of horror movies .As we knocked on some doors and munched on our candies,we could hear the firecrackers that were being blown up ,always giving us a terrible fright.We also played truth or dare. OoOooO And Nazmin had said something that made us woot for quite some time ; ) .The popping sounds and the masquerading bunch of people made the night come to life,
(Just in case your wandering….I tied my pillow case around my neck to pose like superman….which didn’t turn out very well…)
Sadly,you can’t make out the dark alley way we cut through.I always get the shivers going down that place..
but after spending an hour out collecting candy, we began getting tired and decided to go back to my place and pop in a movie.
Absorbed into our share of candies.Yummy.
So there we were,watching Saw 1 and eating pizza when BOOM,nothing happened.Turns out,NAZMIN,was too scared to watch the movie so we ditched the awesomest horror film only to be replace by the show,Wife Swap.Hhaha This time,it was a hippy family VS sophisticated family.I gotta admit though,even though we never watched Saw 1,i really liked that episode. XD
And the 70’s show!?! ROFL. NAZMIN.That has gotta be the funniest one ever created!! The mom was getting attacked by crows because she accidently killed one. Surprisingly,That scene made us laugh for quite a while and the whole time, Jus was just like WTf ? XD (She arrived a little late)
To conclude,that was halloween for me. : )
